By using Duebird, you agree to these terms. Duebird is a paid business tool for creating invoices and sending payment reminders.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to harass others, or to upload false or misleading invoice information. You are responsible for the accuracy of client and invoice data you enter.

Payments

Payment collection is facilitated through Stripe. Duebird does not guarantee that clients will pay invoices on time or at all. We are not a collection agency and do not provide legal or accounting advice.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duebirdis provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
