What counts as a reminder?
When an invoice is unpaid, Duebird can email your client on the due date, three days later, and seven days later. Free includes the due-date stage only. Pro unlocks the full three-stage schedule so overdue follow-up happens without you writing chase emails.

Is Free forever free?
Yes. The Free plan stays free. You can upgrade to Pro when you need more clients, invoices, or the full reminder schedule.
What counts as a reminder?
A reminder is an automatic follow-up email Duebird sends for an unpaid invoice. Free includes due-date reminders only (up to 3 per month). Pro includes the due date, 3 days later, and 7 days later stages with no monthly cap.
Do clients need a Duebird account?
No. Clients receive your invoice email with your payment details and pay you directly. They never create a Duebird account.
Which payment methods can I put on invoices?
Your choice: Stripe payment link, Interac e-Transfer, Wise, bank transfer, or custom instructions. Stripe is also used only for your Duebird Pro subscription checkout.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. Manage billing from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
Is pricing in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Pro is billed monthly in CAD.
